If you are looking for someone to guide you through the building process as you move forward you can choose to use our Project Management Services. We will sit down with you at 2 week intervals, enter updates to your schedule and track changes to the budget. We will try to keep your project on track by identifying issues early on and addressing them while they might still be easy to solve. We can help you solve issues and dilemmas that arise and work with you to develop solutions you can take to get your project back on schedule and back in-budget. We will consult with you and your contractors to find the best solutions possible. This package includes all the service listed on the Project Planning service plan in addition to those listed above.
