We will work side by side with you to create a realistic schedule which identifies all the major activities that will be required to build your home from permits, contracting, materials delivery, HVAC selection, flooring, finishes, appliances all the way to landscaping. We will then take your high level budget and break it down into all the elements you will need to track to insure you are staying on track from a cost standpoint all the way thru the project.
You will be able to enter your actual costs as you go and track your progress and budget status to help avoid surprises. You will know where you stand at all times, leaving you in control of your project.
